Q: How much do you charge?
A: Work in Milton Keynes is £20 per hour and the mileage rate for out-of-town jobs is 65/75p per mile (round trip). Full removals may be charged on a day rate basis and a full quotation is always supplied.
Q: How big are your vans?
A: The blue van has a 4.2 metre long load-space and the white vans (specialised furniture vans) are not only slightly longer but have an even bigger capacity. We also have many smaller vans. In short, we have vans suitable for every moving requirement.
Q: Will you definitely turn up?
A: Seems like a silly question but we get asked this a lot! Yes, you can rely on us!
Q: Will you be there on time?
A: Whenever possible we will be on time but sometimes it can run behind schedule late in the day. If we are running late we will phone you and keep you informed.
Q: What hours are you available?
A: 24/7, 7 days a week.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, full 'Goods In Transit' cover to £40,000, which covers serious problems such as road accidents or fire damage.
