On getting started.......
" I have been doing removals over ten years, since finishing college. Even when I was a little kid I thought it was a cool job. I like to be strait and honest with people, its a good feeling to do a good job every time and gain peoples respect and recommendation."

" people might wonder why I put my name all over the business, my feeling on this since the begining is that I want people to know they a dealing with a small outfit with pride and values .That if for any reason they are not totally happy with the service thay have experienced then I want to know about it and i want to Take full ownnership of that."
On what makes good service........
"Good service starts when you pick up the phone or respond to an e-mail enqury. You have to be completly strait with people frm start to finish For example someone might want a job booking in at three or four in the afternoon. Jobs booked late in the day are at risk us running late so I advise the costomer of this posssibility. With all the information avaliable the customer can make more informed decisions.
On what make a good customer......
" The small details make a lot of difference to the service we can provide , we need to find out what the customer can do for themselves and what they need the removal crew to do for them. For example Its better if the customer can disconnect the white goods the day before the move, some large wadrobes and beds may need to be dis-mantled to fit down the stairs. Boxes should be well packed and clearly labeled. The best costomers have given thought as to where they want the furniture placed in the new house "

" suffice to say Brendans a great boss, working in removals is a dream come true really, every day a have to pinch myself to see that im not dreaming........... ok thats a bit far, in fairness I like that we do a good job every time, we are both working very hard to put on the best service possible and the vast majority of people really apreciate our efforts...... we take great pride in our vans making sure they are maintained, cleaned , and looking new.
